Orphanage at Joypurhat, Bangladesh (Zakat Eligible)

This is a madrasa and orphanage located in a small village named Kadoa in the Joypurhat district of Bangladesh. Currently there are ~300 students studying there and among them ~75 are orphans. There are 50 residential students completing Hifz. All the other students including them are getting free meals, books and elementary level education. The cost per student per month is merely 50$ due to various sustainable activities run by the institution (Raising cows, Farming etc.)

We have plan to expand it and make it self-sustainable institution if Allah permits. Currently we are collecting donations for the orphanage fund that helps to cover the cost of their food, education, medical etc. You can participate in helping them with your Sadakah or ZAKAT. Please mention 'ZAKAT' in the note section if the funds to be used strictly for Zakat eligible causes. May Allah accept from all of us.
